It solely asks for your marital status, IF you fill out SINGLE then please just relax yourself and keep pushing for a marriage. Other than that you are just wasting time and looking for a FALSE SENSE of security. Unless your two families witness your UNION with your choice of RELIGION it doesn't matter. MARITAL STATUS is different from RELATIONSHIP, the relationship stuff comes from Facebook. Don't just be secure because someone is your boyfriend or girlfriend. LIKE he said we are all SINGLE.
